Les marques han passat de tractar els seus consumidors de manera distant, a explicar-los les novetats de manera propera.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>T&#8217;imagines a Mark Zuckerberg, CEO de Meta, gravant-se amb la c\u00e0mera<i>\u00a0selfie<\/i>\u00a0del tel\u00e8fon explicant les darreres novetats de Meta Horizon OS? Doncs no necessites anar gaire lluny, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 est\u00e0 passant ara. El canvi de paradigma \u00e9s innegable i es manifesta en la tend\u00e8ncia creixent de les empreses per posar en primer pla el valor de proximitat, permetent als usuaris con\u00e8ixer les persones que hi ha darrere del producte o servei que ofereixen.<\/p>\n<p>Si mirem enrere, podem veure com les marques solien limitar-se a mantenir una imatge corporativa impecable, moltes vegades de manera distant i desconnectada dels consumidors. Tot i aix\u00f2, amb l&#8217;arribada de les xarxes socials i el creixement de l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a plataformes de comunicaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia, els consumidors exigeixen una comunicaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s propera i transparent amb les marques que trien.
