One of those people is Sergi Rodr\u00edguez, community manager at Imagina.<\/p>\n

His story inside the agency is an example of how commitment, eagerness to learn and attitude can turn an internship into a professional opportunity.<\/p>\n

From intern to community manager<\/h2>\n

Sergi joined Imagina in September 2025 for his internship. Just a few months later, in November, he became part of the team as community manager.<\/p>\n

It didn’t take him long to show he could take on responsibility and adapt to an environment where every day brings new challenges. What began as a learning period quickly became a permanent role thanks to his dedication and work ethic.<\/p>\n

Sergi holds a degree in Audiovisual Media and a Master’s in Digital Marketing.<\/p>\n

This combination lets him understand social media from two complementary perspectives: the creativity needed to capture the audience’s attention, and the strategy that turns that content into results.<\/p>\n

In an environment where platforms evolve constantly, having a global vision is essential to create content that genuinely connects with people.<\/p>\n

A community manager’s day-to-day at Imagina<\/h2>\n

Although managing social channels is his main responsibility, his work goes far beyond publishing content.<\/p>\n

His day is a constant mix of planning, creativity and coordination with the rest of the team.<\/p>\n

Between meetings, emails, post design, content organisation and the inevitable last-minute changes, Sergi keeps a very simple work philosophy: first find a way to help, then figure out how to do it.<\/p>\n

That adaptability is one of the most important qualities in a digital marketing agency, where every client has different needs and where speed should never compromise the quality of the work.<\/p>\n

Always ready to pitch in<\/h2>\n

Sergi belongs to the second group.<\/p>\n

He is the colleague who is always willing to lend a hand when something urgent comes up, review a piece of content before it goes out, or work with the team to push a project through.<\/p>\n

Headphones on, maximum focus and a calm that rarely fades, even when deadlines are tight. A calm that builds trust both within the team and in the daily work with clients.<\/p>\n

And when the moment allows, he is also one of the first to add to the good vibes in the office. Because working professionally doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy what you do.<\/p>\n

Teamwork can be trained too<\/h2>\n

When the workday at Imagina ends, Sergi swaps social media for the pitch.<\/p>\n

Besides playing football, he also works as a coach \u2014 an experience that has strengthened skills he applies every day at the agency: teamwork, staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly and helping every person give their best.<\/p>\n
