The Department of Business and Labor of the Generalitat of Catalonia announces the launch of these subsidies through a 360º communication prepared by the IMAGINA Agency.
Every year, thousands of young people begin their careers as self-employed people to launch their business ideas. In this 2024, The Department of Business and Labor of the Generalitat of Catalonia has allocated 13 million euros in this initiative that supports this group in the development and sustainability of their business projects, with the main objectives of promote youth self-employment and reduce the unemployment rate.

To ensure that information about these grants effectively reaches your target audience, The Department of Business and Labor has trusted the IMAGINA Agency.
The agency, specialized in digital marketing strategies and content creation, has developed the following tasks:
- Design and Creation of Graphic Pieces: Development of graphic master pieces adapted for both communication online like offline, guaranteeing a coherent and attractive presence on multiple platforms.
- Audiovisual Production: Creation of two testimonial audiovisual pieces, each approximately one minute long. These pieces, carefully scripted and edited, have chyrons and subtitles for greater accessibility.
- Reel for Instagram: Production of a Reel that presents real interviews carried out on the streets of Barcelona, under the direction of a host with extensive experience in communication.
- Radio Advertising Spot: Development of an advertising spot with script, timeline and professional editing for broadcast on radio, extending the reach of the campaign to different traditional media.
- Close Collaboration with the Client: The agency has maintained continuous communication and follow-up meetings with the Department of Business and Labor, ensuring the alignment and active participation of the client at each stage of the process.

The “Self-occupation Jove 2024” campaign is characterized by its focus fresh, inspirational and entrepreneurial. Under the powerful motto “The moment is now“ (“Your time is now”), the campaign seeks to motivate young people to pursue their dreams and take advantage of the opportunities that the Generalitat of Catalonia makes available to them. The campaign narrative is designed to resonate with the spirit and aspirations of youth, promoting a message of self-empowerment and optimism.
With this initiative, the Department of Business and Labor reaffirms its commitment to supporting young entrepreneurs, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to transform their ideas into sustainable and successful realities.
