On July 18, the IMAGINA team carried out our first Summer Team Building with a very fun adventure: Yellow Humor.
Through this type of activity, the relationship between workers in situations different from the usual ones is fostered, while the feeling of belonging to the organization is enhanced. In addition, Team Building also provides other benefits, such as improving the motivation of the workers themselves, reinforcing trust among team members and increasing creativity and self-knowledge.
