We start by breaking the ice
We start with several activities designed to connect from another place.
We play connection bingo, where the challenge was to find colleagues with common answers; to a very imaginative version of Who is who? with team names; to Imposter with agency vocabulary; and to the classic game of chairs, which brought out our most competitive side.
There were unexpected coincidences, unfair accusations and lots of laughter.
The star moment: the calçotada
After the dynamics, the most anticipated thing arrived: sitting down leisurely to enjoy a real calçotada.
Calçots with romesco, artichokes and grilled meat They were the perfect excuse to disconnect, talk and share outside the usual work environment.
Calçotada is much more than a Catalan tradition: it is an ideal setting to slow down, have conversations that don’t always arise in everyday life, and remember why working as a team matters.
A day to get out of the routine
