Building a Digital Community for Barcelona Activa

We developed a digital communication strategy to position the Convent de Sant Agustí — a Barcelona Activa space — as the go-to hub for young people seeking employment opportunities, training, and entrepreneurship support. Two objectives drove the work: acquiring new users who had never heard of the service, and deepening engagement with the existing community.

We designed an integrated strategy combining digital and in-person activations to boost visibility and engagement. This included focus groups with both current and potential young users, and Design Thinking sessions with decision-makers — giving us the insight to build content and campaigns that genuinely resonated with the target audience.
