The activity of the municipal tow truck service needed to be communicated with clarity, proximity and public-service value, helping citizens understand its role in improving mobility, safety and the use of public space in Barcelona.

Solution
At IMAGINA, we developed a graphic identity based on a modular grid system that captures the structured, methodical nature of the service, while keeping the visual language approachable and accessible to citizens.
A consistent visual language built around a grid structure enables clarity across all communication materials, reinforcing recognition and professionalism.
Additional materials were designed — including vehicle stickers, signs and printed communications — that help make the service more visible and trusted in urban spaces.
