At IMAGINA, we worked with UOC — Universitat Oberta de Catalunya — to strengthen its institutional communication from a 360-degree perspective. The project combined corporate design, strategic digital communication consulting and practical training sessions for internal teams.

Workshops: in-person, participatory sessions on crisis communication, social media analytics, spokesperson training, content strategy, internal communication and branding.
